  I love domino's pizza, just not this one...Especially as of late, they seem extremely unorganized, slow to react/respond, and unsure as of what to do. The second to last order I created, was delivered 2 and half hours after ordering. I was also given a lame excuse, and as someone who has worked in the restaurant and retail business I know right then and there compensation of some sort should have been meted out. It wasn't so I went on Twitter to share my experience, and was called 2 days later by the store manager, and was awarded $20.00 store credit. I just called today, again the employee who answered was unsure as what to do, albeit I gave the wrong celphone number, I gave my personal number, forgetting it was my business number where in I had the store credit. Still, the employee left me on the phone, but I could hear him talking to a supervisor, asking the supervisor, "So there's no store credit, should I tell him we can't honor anything?" I was left on hold for about 4 minutes until someone else answered, having no idea what had just transpired. I told him right away to check my other celphone number, which he did and he found the store credit. Anyways, I'll update this if the order I just placed comes with any issues or is late.

  Ran my card then asked if an hour was okay after I had already been charged. I've now been waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes and still no pizza. Called up to this location and was told that 1 hour and 30 minutes is there new standard time. I was not told it would take almost two hours and I haven't even got my good yet. Order tonys pizza and pasta instead. Avoid this location.

  TERRIBLE customer service from GM. I ordered on their app and after hitting submit, it said there was an error and to try again. I immediately received an alert that my card had been charged for the order, so I called the restaurant to see what the issue was. After 10 minutes of the GM telling me my card was not charged by Domino's, raising his voice, and insultingly speaking to me like I was a child, I hung up and opted for Pizza Hut. Interestingly, my card was charged not once, but twice by Domino's. Called and disputed the charges with my bank, but I will NEVER order from Domino's after this incident. Mistakes happen, but how you handle the issue is something called retention, as in repeat customers. Might want to consider hiring managers with real customer service experience, then you won't lose loyal customers...
