  Service is great. The manager is super friendly and always remembers me. I usually just want some cheese pizza and they are always cool about making it for me if it's not on the buffet.

  I visited this Cici's on 3/18/17. This is my 1st and last time visiting this location. The dining room was absolutely filthy. Trash was strewn throughout the entire restaurant, floors and tables. The drink area was very dirty as well. I was only able to get 1 kind of pizza because all of the others were empty. The girls that work there appeared to be in no rush to accommodate customers because there is no excuse for having only 1 kind of pizza available. I was very disappointed with everything about my visit to this location and did not feel valued as a customer. Eat here at your own risk.

  The pizza was hot and fresh. All the pizza was filled. This location is one of the nicest Cicis I have been to. It was a little dirty, like the floors and tables. But that's understandable. We ordered a custom pizza and about 20 minutes later we checked on it, they decided not to make it..which was odd.
